These girls were in the running for the SUPER SERIES for 12U and they didnt even know it! The top 2 teams out of ALLLLLLLL (226 teams, to be exact) the NCS tournaments were awarded with not only rings, but bragging rights! With hard work and dedication, they accumulated enough points to get just that! Congratulations girls!

It was a LOOONG weekend, but it was cut short due to lightening. These girls went into their 2nd 14U tournament at the top, seeding 2nd. They fought hard, accomplished their 100th NCS win and started the semifinals with a 4 to 1 lead with 2 on base and zero outs before the lightening took over. The game before went 5 innings and only 1 run was scored. Both teams had impeccable defense and great at bats. Because we were in the semi finals, we did not get a chance to battle it out for 1st place, but I have no doubt they would have pulled it off. Congrats to our girls for their hard work this weekend! For now, we will be on the grind and getting ready for the next one!
