Quick note before the holiday.

We have had a few customers lately challenging our info saying it is not "correct for their car" and asking for it to be fixed. These are Pontiacs actual records. We do not change anything on the invoices. They are finding bad info online and stating our invoice is wrong and should "read like this".

We have also had a few cars with possible "vin swaps" in the last few weeks. First clues right off the bat to watch for are bad vin rivets and the one that never gets checked when swapped....the trim tag. Most times the trim tag will not show the same plant as the vin tag and of course the color/trim doesn't match our info it matches how the car looks. These customers also want the "correct invoice" since we "sent the wrong one".
