Bibb County School District offering free summer meals for children - 41NBC News | WMGT-DT The Bibb County School District will provide free summer meals for children 18 and younger at multiple school sites from June 1 through June 25.

It felt so good to connect with my mentees at Southwest High School during this school year and now the last week of school. They closed out their first year of high school and they are excited. These girls graduated from my 8th grade leadership program, The Winners Mindset Hudson Middle last year.

I really enjoyed our reflection session. We talked about the biggest lesson they learned this year, what was the hardest part of adjusting to high school and if they could improve one thing academically this year, what would it be.

I want to be sure they are still winning at everything they put in place to accomplish and for them to know I’m here to support them along the way.

Congratulations to them! 10th grade here they come 🤩🤩
