• If you have recently been exposed to or are experiencing symptoms of the flu, COVID-19, or shingles, please wear a mask during your visit.
• If you are currently experiencing active shingles (fluid-filled rash), we ask that you wear both a mask and gloves while in the office.
• If you are not feeling well and are unable to attend your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.
