Please join us in welcoming Rose Evans, FNP to our Practice! Today marks her first official day and we couldn’t be more excited!!

Our office will be closing Tuesday at noon and will remain closed Wednesday due to the inclement winter weather expected in our local area. We plan to reopen regular business hours Thursday morning at 8:30a.m. For those with appts scheduled during these upcoming days, we will be reaching out to reschedule your appt and will work to get you in as soon as possible.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience, however we want to do our best to ensure our staff’s and patients’ safety during these next few days.

We apologize for any inconvenience but for the safety of our Staff and Patients will be closed Friday January 10 due to the expected winter weather arriving in the area.

We are currently reaching out to all patients who have appts during this time and working to reschedule as soon as possible.

Our office is currently dealing with a Covid outbreak. Affected staff have been sent home to recover. Some appointments have had to be rescheduled.

We continue to require patients and staff to wear a mask (N95 recommended) while inside the office to safeguard the health of our patients and staff.
