Due to the snow and overnight freezing temperatures into tomorrow, we are going to have to close Wednesday January 22, 2025. Roads will be dangerous the first half of the day. I don’t want anyone getting hurt on their way here. Call us Thursday if you need to get in for an appointment. We plan on being open Thursday and Friday normal hours.

As we approach Springtime, it is essential to get back in shape before starting your regular yardwork. Begin a gradual walking routine twice a day for 15 minutes and focus on stretching your calves and hamstrings gently. If aches and pains are slowing you down give us a call to see if we can get you back in shape for Spring.
