12" upgrade installed in this 2020 F150. Customer kept the original APIM so it's still on sync 3.4 but the look instantly upgraded the interior of this ride. Install was straight-forward and took about an hour to complete. It's been a week and no issues reported on this one. The only problem we ran across is that the screen size wasn't immediately recognized, after looking through the instructions again we found a few times unplugging and pluggimg back in the apim connection took care of it. If you're looking for the screen upgrade, don't mind retaining sync 3.4 and don't want to spend more than $800 or so this kit is it the newest versions comes with the preset buttons as well as in two different trim colors. !
