*CONSTRUCTION UPDATE*

With the first week of the final phase of major construction in the books, we wanted to take a moment to update you on HOW to get to your favorite Madeira businesses. As things change or shift, we'll update that info here as well as MadeiraChamber.com/construction

ACCESS TO CAMARGO ROAD BUSINESSES
Those traveling eastbound from Loveland-Madeira will be able to continue down Camargo like normal. Business parking lots will be maintained as best as possible. On-street parking will be elminated as crews move down the street.

There will be no access to Camargo from Miami throughout the duration of the project. From Miami customers will take Miami -> Laurel -> Euclid -> Camargo. This route is marked with signage.

As of today, parking lots for Bailey Family Catering, Camargo Animal Hospital, Kinsella Kitchens & Baths are accessible.

Deluxe Nail Salon and Spa parking lot is open and should remain open throughout the project.

For now, parking lot access and on-street parking is available for Ali’s Bar and Grill. Ali's customers can also use the empty lot for the former Pub81 located nearby. This lot is accessed BEFORE getting to Ali's.

The parking lot for BioWheels remains open. Customers will need to follow the detour to access it.

The Camargo Road entrance to Kroger remains accessible. The entrance also provides access to Boris Litwin Jewelers, The Bookshelf, Piazza Discepoli, and Just Add Embroidery.

Camargo Road is expected to be completed by November.

ACCESS TO MIAMI AVENUE BUSINESSES
On-street parking will not be available while construction is progressing. Parking for Spirits Of-Madeira and Pastizza (currently closed) is available behind the building with access off of Miami or Goff Terrace. For quick pick-ups, you can also use the Walgreen's lot. The Pink Box parking lot remains accessible. Goff Terrace remains open to Ferrari's.

Parking for Subway is available in the Starbucks lot which remains open for those businesses including X-Golf Cincinnati. Limited parking for Hobii House is available behind the shop. Customers can also use access the back lot of FifthThird bank which can be accessed from Laurel.

Access to Railroad Avenue will be maintained for customers getting to Redden's and SwingLine. Customers can still turn left from Miami.

Access to Laurel Avenue will be maintained for customers getting to A Tavola Bar as well as the Gilson's parking lot. On-street parking will not be impacted on Laurel. The Madeira Inn, Camargo Trading, The Cottage Paperie and others remain fully accessible.

The entrance to Kroger from Miami is accessible, but left turns from Miami into the parking lot may be limited. The Kroger parking lot can be used to access Rory Maxwell, Shine Barbershop and Honey on Miami. Access to the Kroger lot next to Honey is currently unavailable. Please note that Honey on Miami does have a rear entrance.

Parking lot access to Evolo Design, Belle Legal and others will be maintained as much as possible. Customers can use the Kroger lot as well.

In addition to the backlot of FifhThird, parking is available in the US Bank lot on Miami as well as the Stock Yards Bank lot which can be accessed from Miami or Laurel.

🚧Construction Update 🚧

Starting TOMORROW, Wednesday, July 8th, Camargo Road will be CLOSED to Eastbound traffic between Euclid and Miami as the final phase of construction begins.

Access to all Camargo Road businesses will remain, but eastbound traffic will need to access Camargo from Laurel to Euclid to Camargo.

Sidewalk construction is expected to begin on Miami this week. While crews have closed the nortbound lane for work and equipment, two way traffic will remain in place. On street parking will not be available.
