⏱It’s time to think outside the box⏱

In the world of collegiate coaching overwhelm is just the norm.

Something that coaches rarely talk about out in the open. Or feel they can express without being seen as weak and incapable of doing their job.

And when there’s a lack of support and resources the overwhelm just gets exacerbated.

I’m concerned that if a change doesn’t happen, young coaches are going to decide it’s not worth it and will take their talents to a different industry.
