I thought I would share the poem that goes with the painting. I always knew it would be about the healing nature of a large expanse of fresh snow. Can nature get any more serene?

A Love Letter to a dying Oak in my neighborhood that has been tagged for removal. So sad to see our majestic Oaks suffering.

I can feel myself harvesting and storing all the golden rays from these warm Autumn days, like the birds storing fat in preparation for the grit of Winter.

I hope you are also able to find some golden moments amidst these challenging times.
