Dear Hamilton Families,

Spring conferences are coming up and we hosting a potluck style lunch for staff on Friday, April 24. PTO is providing sandwiches from Hyvee and we are asking families to bring a dish, and onsite help the day-of to help setup, serve, and clean up. Dishes that do not need refrigeration can be dropped off in the morning. Otherwise, please drop off your dish (and serving utensils) at 11:30am. Lunch is from 12:05-12:40 in the culinary room. Cleanup is from 2-2:30pm.

🚨 Weather Update – Friday, April 17, 2026 - All afterschool activities cancelled

To ensure the safety of our students and staff due to anticipated storms, all afterschool activities are cancelled today. This includes MSCR programming, building permits, athletic events and practices.

We’re sharing this decision as early as possible to give families time to plan, based on the best information available right now.

Please save the date for our future restaurant nights! In April, we are partnering with Chipotle Mexican Grill (4000 University Ave) on April 7 from 4-8pm. All donations will go to support registration fees and travel for Summer Spanish club.
