A new Blind Taste Test in the series! This one was adjunct focused.

and I had close to two of the exact same beers from , their Orange Sunshine Saison. The only difference was where the orange zest was sourced from (and a little time difference in when they were brewed of course 🤪) Don’t worry though, both were consumed well within the recommended drink by date. Have to drink fresh beer! This was made possible by Illuminated Brew Works’ sales rep, Rick Julien. He was hanging out and told us about his excitement of their new (& more reliable) zest source. Naturally, we put it to the test!
