Oftentimes Father's Day is overlooked or not given as much recognition as Mother's Day. I absolutely hate that this happens for the Fathers who are committed, intentional, loving, fun, creative, adventurous and protect their children by any means necessary.

I salute you all who realize that fathers play a significant role in your children's lives and are not content with the mother of your children taking on the full burden of raising your children.

Studies show that high levels of father involvement are correlated with higher levels of sociability, confidence, and self-control in children. Those children later become emotionally secure, emotionally intelligent, confident, and mature adults.

Your efforts, your sacrifices, your love, your transparency, and integrity in and out of your home are not in vain👊🏽💪🏾👏🏾! Your children are watching so keep going and remember PROGRESS OVER perfection always!!

Lastly, Fathers, know that your children to see your vulnerability and not just feel the security that you can give them. Your vulnerability gives them permission to be strong and human.
