Congratulations Michael and thanks to the UW-Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication for posting this announcement!

This July, Michael Wagner, William Evjue Distinguished Chair for the Wisconsin Idea and Director of the Center for Communication and Civic Renewal, will step into the role of Director of the UW–Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Thanks to Wisconsin Watch for posting this!

Today we're launching our 2026 Wisconsin Watch Voter Guide.

We asked all 325 candidates running for statewide and legislative office to answer questions about themselves, their priorities and what they plan to do if elected. Just enter your address to see who's on your ballot and compare candidates in your district.

So far, we've received responses from 90% of Democratic candidates and 40% of Republican candidates. If candidates in your district haven't responded yet, encourage them to participate. There's still time to submit answers before the Aug. 11 primary.

Find the link in the comments. If you find the guide helpful, please share it with other Wisconsin voters to help them make informed decisions.
