As a private weekend cook at the coolest sorority house @ UW Madison campus, the name of my new page, Chez Liz, is inspired by Alice Water's Cez Panisse in Berkley. Touted as one of a very few that created California Cuisine in the 1970s, we have Alice to thank for a salad life lived not merely on iceburg lettuce.
