The National Association of Letter Carriers, representing 295,000 members, argues their work has become harder—handling more parcels, working in all conditions, facing safety threats, and delivering to 169 million addresses daily. Despite this, 55% of non-career carriers leave within a year due to low pay. NALC demands higher wages, shorter paths to top pay, full benefits from day one, and fair treatment. Support is essential to keep USPS free from privatization.
