That’s according to a recent graduate of the Prison Education Initiative, a University of Wisconsin-Madison project that connects the Universities of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

The first class of incarcerated students in over 50 years graduated from UW-Green Bay last month.
