These homeowners had a cramped, aging garage in Madison’s Regent neighborhood. One that was just a stall wide and barely deep enough for a car.

The structure was beginning to rot, and the slope of the yard kept pushing water right into it.

On top of that, a tight shared driveway left no room to turn around. Backing out into a busy, walkable neighborhood, with trees blocking their line of sight was an everyday stress point.

They needed more space, better storage, and a safer way to get in and out every day.

Now they have a spacious two-car garage with plenty of space, plus dedicated space for their garden tools, snow blower, and lawn mower.

Inside, we added a full workbench with large windows above it, filling the space with natural light for year-round projects.

Outside, the new concrete driveway includes a simple, functional turnaround spot so they can pull forward out of their driveway with ease. From early development to final construction, our team guided every detail:
