Just a snippet of the behind-the-scenes work of a Coord(inator).

Super repetitive.
Somewhat mindless.
And yet, so rewarding.

Especially when we share it back with teens.

Things that went well, the key takeaways, possible improvements, but always the importance of the work they're doing.

How much their voice and experiences matter.

PATCH Milwaukee is officially onto its new chapter with Raven stepping in as coordinator and Healthy MKE as the organizational home!

What’s already clear is how strong the community connections are, and how ready everyone is to continue showing up alongside teens in real, meaningful ways.

Now that onboarding is complete, the next step is hiring teens this summer, with a full team expected by the end of August.

There’s a lot of new energy in this next phase, and we’re really looking forward to seeing where it goes.

Also! While it doesn't always work out this way, how awesome is it that we were able to engage current PATCH Milwaukee teens into training?!🤩
