Lost Weekend Farms

It’s not quite time for our potatoes to come out, but we dug some anyway. These beautiful thin skinned red potatoes will make their market debut this Saturday at the along with our line up of microgreens, slicing cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, Lebanese cucumbers, fresh uncured garlic, carrots, basil, French sorrel, arugula, lettuce mix, zesty mix salad, zucchini, squash, onions, dill, radishes, cauliflower, cabbage, Toscano kale, and Swiss chard.

Those keeping track, know that the increasing pressure from deer the last few years has severely hurt or devastated our potato endeavors. This season we took advantage of our new growing space in Pennington bend ()which is fully enclosed in an eight foot wildlife fence.
