Congratulations to Max Schultz, a 2026 finalist in CAKE'D, IDDBA's annual cake decorating competition. He'll be competing in the finals in Orlando at , June 7-9!
Max is cake decorator working at Safeway in Eugene, OR. His favorite cake is a classic: the chocolate cake. His cakes have gotten noticed by several musicians he admires (the Spice Girls and Kacey Musgraves) and he was proud when they shared his work online. "I love making people smile, think, laugh, and get excited by my unpredictable designs!"
