UW Madison EWB Puerto Rico Project

We’ve got one last meeting of the semester! Come join us next week tuesday for a pizza party to finish this semester off strong!

For the past few years, we’ve been partnered with ID Shaliah to design a solar power system for their community center. The solar panels are designed to make the community center more self reliant, especially in the event of a hurricane or other natural disaster.

A few weeks ago, several members of our team took a trip to Puerto Rico to visit our project for ID Shaliah.

All of the solar panels are now up and functioning better than we hoped, and the team had a great time getting to our project in action.

We all had a wonderful time working with ID Shaliah and grateful that our project was so successful.
