The restoration of Detroit’s Central Station. This building was in really rough shape. Extreme water damage, graffiti, decay, and architectural details pilfered by collectors and dealers. It’s now a symbol of Detroit’s renaissance. (Before pic from CNN, Timothy Fadek)
