🕰️ I have a reserved seat, do I need to show up early?
Yes! Even though you have an assigned seat, we encourage you to arrive early. Getting through security may take some time, so please plan to arrive close to door time and travel light to make your entry faster.
👜 Bags (max size 12" x 6" x 12") are allowed and will be searched upon entry. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers.
💳 Please note that our venue is now a cashless facility. This means that we will be unable to accept cash as a form of payment for tickets and at the bar. More info can be found in the FAQ's of our website.
