Did you know walking is one of the best ways to burn calories? Getting 8-10k steps a day is a lot easier to be consistent with rather than a crazy cardio routine. Walking promotes fat loss, reducing the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, arthritis , osteoporosis , and some cancers, and is also shown to improve mood!
Ways to get extra steps in:
🎀Exchange the close parking spot for one further away
🎀Walk 5 minutes for every hour spent sitting
🎀Take a short walk after a meal (also aids in digestion!)
🎀Get a standing desk and walking pad
🎀Hop on the treadmill while watching your favorite show
🎀 Take a morning or evening walk

Exercise tip for my Mommas dealing with abdominal separation or pelvic floor issues:
Dead bugs , glute bridges, and abdominal bracing are great exercises to do 3-4x a week to help fix ab separation and pelvic floor issues.
