Residential Focus on Energy offers a range of rebates and services to support the energy efficiency efforts of Wisconsin's residential customers.

We're seeing the great impacts that the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates program is having - thank you to Sustain Dane for helping make this possible!

Four apartment buildings in our Efficiency Navigator program have recently been approved for IRA Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates program that will benefit 22 residents in a big way.

Through the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) program, qualifying residents with incomes under 80% AMI can receive 100% of upgrade costs covered—up to $14,000 per unit.

The rebates will help cover the cost of air source heat pumps and updated electrical panels, upgrades that make homes more comfortable, more efficient, and more affordable to run.
