At the Wednesday market I get a chance to talk to customers and farmers and grab some things for myself: rhubarb for scones, honey for our granola, veg for bialys and greens for dinner. I spied this perfect Everything Bagel in Wednesday’s bake and decided to try and document it’s journey from my kitchen to someone’s belly. Notice the crazy perfect pyramid of Maldon! I bagged and waited to chat up the first person to order a single Everything. Alex was super kind and agreed to document our bagel, now her bagel, and it’s final destination at her desk at work.
