2015 We started in a minivan

2018 hired our first employees and took it full time

2020 moved into our first shop had about 10 employees

2023 bought a property in Verona WI and had about 20 employees

2025 over 30 employees and now operating out of a brand new 10,000 SqFt office and shop.

We have been truly blessed over the years with dedicated employees and clients!

Allow me to introduce myself.

I am Elijah Skalsky Co- Founder of Western Landscape LLC

Now the flag carrier for Mikes Legacy and landscape company, Proscapes.

There is lots to come but for now just a few facts about me.

I am one of 6 kids

I grew up in Fitchburg WI

Newly married (January 4th)

I was a volunteer firefighter for 5 years.

I have been in the landscape industry since I was 15

My vision for this page and company is to continue what Mike has started.

Continue building the Proscapes’s name.

To be an honest company that treats its customers with respect.

And above all, give glory to God with our work.

I am excited to go on this journey with you all.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM MIKE!!!

To our valued clients:

After almost 25 years in business my health has forced us to make the difficult decision to close the business, Proscapes LLC.

Effective April 1st 2025, all operations related to Proscapes LLC will cease.

This includes current and future snow removal, landscaping and all other services.

We will continue to service our existing snow contracts until March 31, 2025.

We have partnered with 2 great companies to take over our services for all of our past, present, and future clients.

As of March 1st, 2025, brothers Sam and Elijah Skalsky of Western Landscape will handle all our landscaping operations.

Ben Wankerl Enterprises LLC will be taking care of all the pond, waterfall and aquatic services.

I ask that you also put your trust in them as I have, and know that this decision was not made lightly.

Both companies have a great team behind them to continue the level of service that we have provided over the years.

You might even see a familiar face or 2 with them as well!

I would personally like to say thank you to all our wonderful customers over the last 25 years.

I am going to miss everything from all your projects, from design to the installations.

I will truly cherish those memories forever.

Thank you to all the great employees over the years. I hope that you have learned something from us, as much as we have from you.
