Main Appliance Service, LLC

We are seeking a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administrative operations of our growing company. Our business is dedicated to providing in-home appliance repairs throughout central Wisconsin, spanning a 50-mile radius from the Capital.

This position is based in our Madison office and includes performing administrative and routine clerical tasks. Their responsibilities include inbound and outbound phone calls, inventory, responding to emails, data entry, and various office-related tasks.

Monday - Friday

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is not required but is preferred.
Ability to utilize maps or GPS during scheduling.
Have excellent communication skills including active listening, written and verbal communication.
You are service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns or schedule service.
You are proficient with computer skills and can learn new software.
You are self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Ability to multi-task and maintain organization/prioritization.

Responsibilities
In this office role, you are to arrive each day ready to interact with customers via telephone or email with questions or scheduling service appointments.
You will collect payment for non-warranty jobs and will learn how to update/inform warranty companies of the status of repairs.
You will resolve customer questions and complaints and ensure that appropriate action is taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping a record of customer interactions. As well as keeping a history of interactions with the warranty companies.
You will learn how to file and enter claims for warranty repairs and parts/ Data entry.

Starting pay for people without experience is $13-$16 an hour.

We are seeking an individual with experience or willing to learn to install household appliances such as dishwashers, microwaves, vent hoods, wall ovens and cooktops.

We need someone who is reliable and able to work Monday - Friday during daytime business hours, pass a background check, has a good driving record with valid drivers license, and is able to provide their own basic tools.
