These delicious cookies will be available this Sunday from 9 am to 12 pm at the Cookies For Christmas Sale at Pope John Elementary Cafeteria on State Street.

We have pumpkin spice, egg nog, raspberry, hot cocoa with toasted marshmallow, and pomegranate macarons available.

Supplies limited so be sure to get there early if you want your favorite flavors.

This event will be held by the POP Ladies Org.

Part 4 making raspberry macarons

I use a combination of red, purple, and electric purple food coloring to get raspberry.

I used to put a teaspoon (or more) of gel food coloring but I kept losing the bottoms of my shells. I did some Internet research and it looks like I was adding too much so now I try to stick with a quarter teaspoon or less.
