Our Northern area seniors have done us, their schools & themselves proud today. An excellent day packed full of enthusiasm & dedication with inspiring workshops from Carolynne Crowder, Stacey Maurice & Jack Pallister we’re very grateful to all 3 of you for your time & energy. Many thanks to our spectators for supporting our area & giving your time on a Sunday, it’s much appreciated. and the entire National Association of Teachers of Dancing - NATD committee for hosting a wonderful and well-organized Medalist of the Year 2024 Competition. I was honored to be invited as an adjudicator to the event in Blackpool this past weekend.

Congratulations to all the students, teachers, and coaches who participated. It was a pleasure and a privilege to watch you dance. Good luck with all your future endeavors!!

🌟Meet our Medallist of the Year 2024 Adjudicators…

Cris Plumley

Christopher Plumley has been the owner/director of Footloose Dance Studio in Massachusetts, USA since 2002. He has been a dance coach for social and competitive Ballroom and Latin dancing.

Cris has coached many high school and college dance teams in the US including Harvard, MIT, and Northeastern.

He actively works with individuals with disabilities and rescue animals. He has taught dance classes for people with disabilities and limitations.

Cris is a Fellow in Ballroom and Latin Dancing. He has also successfully completed the examinations in Old Time and Freestyle. He plans to pursue additional certifications with the NATD.
