Congratulations to Kalkidan! When Kalkidan first started coming to our Pleasant Street Day Services program, her dream job was to be a receptionist! Just over a year later, she just completed her work-based learning experience as a receptionist at Triangle HQ and Broadway Service site. She enjoyed helping track attendance and keeping the lobby fresh for guests, staff, and participants. With experience to add to her resume, Kalkidan is ready to take the next step on her employment journey!
