🎥 Better late than never!

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to participate in the VFW Women's Expo and was interviewed about Transforming Life with Heidi. Like many entrepreneurs, I tucked the video away with every intention of sharing it—and then life, business, and everything in between happened.

I recently came across it again and realized it was too good not to share.

Watching it now reminds me why I started this journey. At the time, I spoke about helping people move beyond miscommunication and into connection. Today, that mission feels even more meaningful.

Over the past several months, I've continued to grow—not only as a business owner, coach, and speaker, but also as a person. I've gained a deeper understanding that leadership is a shared responsibility. While everyone deserves to be led well, leadership also requires us to engage, grow, communicate, and do the work ourselves.

One thing hasn't changed: my passion for helping people communicate with confidence, strengthen relationships, and lead with purpose.

I'm grateful to have been part of an event that showcased so many incredible women entrepreneurs who are making a positive impact in their communities every day.
