- Sammie has been incredible at keeping me organized with all of our 504s. She consistently stays on top of the details, keeps everything updated, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her organization and reliability make a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for the support she provides every day.
Sammie demonstrates an incredible blend of creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and genuine care for others. She is endlessly creative—hosting an after-school art club and sharing that passion by teaching me how to incorporate crafts into guidance lessons with kinder and first graders. She lifts morale with homemade treats and leads our social committee, organizing events like the Secret Santa exchange that everyone looks forward to each year. Her teamwork shines through in the way she truly cares for her coworkers and supports them daily. She is a calm, thoughtful problem-solver, responding to crises with steady confidence and collaborating seamlessly with team members. As a leader, she mentors new hires and generously shares the latest guidance interventions with her team. She has also shown bravery and self-confidence by inviting me to co-present with her at ASCA—a huge success and a meaningful experience I’ll never forget.
