If you’ve tried multiple treatments and nothing sticks, it’s not because you’ve failed.
It’s because no one has shown you how to understand your body properly.
Real change happens when you stop chasing relief and start building awareness.
Correct movements.
Correct daily habits.
Correct posture.
That’s what creates long-term results.

URGENT - must leave the PG County MD Shelter by 1/30 due to overcrowding 🚨 Deadline is Friday 1/30 at 6 PM 💘 Will you be my Valentine? 💘 We have 23 wonderful dogs hoping to find their person — or at least a safe place to land — before time runs out. Their deadline is Friday 1/30 at 6 PM. While that date is firm, a request for early action is coming from us as volunteers. With an upcoming snowstorm, last-minute travel, transport, and coordination may be much harder than usual. Applying early gives these dogs the best possible chance to get out safely. The shelter will be closed Sunday and Monday as normal, leaving a very small window to make things happen. 🎨 Full transparency: some photos may have AI-assisted background replacements so the dogs are easier to see. Original photos are always available on the shelter website and volunteer posts. ⸻ ℹ️ Please read • All dogs must leave by Thursday 1/29 at 6 PM • Please arrive at least one hour before closing to meet a dog • Adoption is in person at the shelter • Terriers (BSL still applies) – Must be adopted or fostered outside Prince George’s County – Fostering must be through a rescue – Out-of-county adopters must bring two documents showing the same address • Non-terriers (6 dogs on this list) – May be fostered directly through the shelter or via rescue • Pledges are always appreciated and go only to verified 501(c)(3) rescues. Please use the pledge form, we vant keep track in comments. 🙌 Good news for the future PG County has passed a pilot program that is expected to allow terrier-type dogs to be adopted and fostered within the county starting around early February 2026. That change is coming — but it does not help the dogs on this list today. ⸻ 💰 Pledge Form https://forms.gle/xFrUPwDzxNJKo77C8 📊 Pledge Tracker https://docs.google.com/.../1NhmOQ9lnWH66q2J2EjJD.../edit... 📋 Full Urgent List (all dogs) https://www.facebook.com/share/1CHufXTs6r/? 👉 Rescue group information https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15av9homat/ ⸻ 📍 Prince George’s County Animal Services 3750 Brown Station Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 📞 301-780-7200 🕐 Hours Tues–Fri: 11 AM–7 PM Saturday: 10 AM–4 PM 🚫 Closed Sunday & Monday ⸻ 📝 Important reminder This is a public page with many caring advocates. Some have firsthand experience with these dogs, while others help by sharing to increase visibility. Rescues also operate differently depending on their capacity and resources. We always encourage due diligence — ask questions about the dog, the rescue process, and what fostering or adopting truly involves. Our goal is for dogs to move into safe, stable, lifelong homes. 💗 Every share. Every pledge. Every foster. Every adoption. ✨ It all matters. It all saves lives. 🐾 Thank you for showing up for them.
