Our Story

Sustainable Design has spun-off a new business, hōm, who’s sole focus will be designing affordable little houses.

These homes, all under 1,000 square feet will be thoughtfully designed, super efficient and in a variety of styles. Eventually, hōm will be offering these house designs as a set of construction drawings, pre-cut kits or complete home packages.

hōm will also connect homes with nature by sharing tips, hints, and photos of our gardens, which have been featured in both Organic Gardening and Country Gardens magazines.
