He said he had to search for a good bar. It was hard to find a bar with a center knurl and a bar that had any knurl at all.

All of our bars are good name brands like Rogue, kabuki, Texas. The only crappy bar we have is the rack pull bar. We have all of the specialty bars, sometimes two of them.

Every bench has a nice pad and when it wears out we replace it. A nice sticky pad can make a big difference.

All of our benches (7 of them) adjust at 1 inch increments. So your lift out doesn't have to count as a half rep. Our benches also have nice spotter decks.

457.5 all time PR for Connor. Frank you better start gaining some weight, your 459 is under threat haha.
