So a bit of an update. I'm in the process of sending some of my recipes off to a food lab for a process review. What that means is that some food scientists or something are going to break down what I'm trying to sell and mack sure that I'm not like, selling you folks cyanide or something. The thing about all of that is that it's pretty in detail and a bit expensive, so I'm kinda nervous. Anyway, to pass the time here's a look at some of the peppers I work with!
