Aloha Restaurant

Hi all,

This is Nica, daughter of Aloha Restaurant owners Gary and Carmen Wong. I wanted to provide more context to the GoFundMe link that was posted yesterday. Last week, my parents' home was robbed. Law enforcement on the case believe the house was targeted because of my parents being Asian-American restaurant owners. You can check the links in the GoFundMe description for more details.

We are lucky that no one was physically hurt due to everyone being out of the home for various reasons. However, the thieves have taken all of the valuables, cash, and memorabilia that has been accumulated through the last 30 years, not to mention the physical damage to the home.

My husband, brother and I have put together a GoFundMe to help regain some of the losses, and have posted the link below. Please share the fundraiser, and if you can, please donate or come to the Aloha and enjoy a meal.
