I had the honor of supporting a beautiful wellness experience hosted by The Collective Space this past weekend 🤍
What started as a “workshop” turned into something much deeper…
Massage, facials, food, laughter—and space to simply be.
Some of these educators had never received a massage before. Even in just 10 minutes, you could feel the shift. Shoulders dropped. Breaths deepened. Nervous systems softened.
This video is a glimpse into that work. It may be sped up, but my touch never is.
Every session I give is intentional, steady, and created to meet your body where it is.
That’s what it means to be a grounded woman—
to move with presence, to hold safe space, and to pour into others from a place that is rooted, not rushed.

🌿 Introducing Grounded Kids Club 🌿
A new mindfulness-based kids program coming to Hartford this spring.
Grounded Kids Club is a supportive space where children ages 5–12 explore:
✨ meditation & grounding
✨ emotional awareness
✨ creative crafts
✨ intuitive movement & dance
✨ connection with themselves and others
Classes are 2 hours, held every other Sunday, and thoughtfully designed to help kids build confidence, emotional regulation, and body awareness — all through play, creativity, and movement.

🗓️ Beginning Sunday, March 22, 2026
👧 Ages 5–8 | 🧒 Ages 9–12
