~What's elimination communication?~
EC is a practice in which an infant's caregiver uses cues, intuition and signals to help with peeing/pooping in an appropriate place. Rather than relying solely on diapers, a toilet is utilized while the caregiver works towards recognizing and responding to baby's needs.

Hi, I wanted to officially introduce myself.

My name is Nancy and I am the founder and owner of Be-Self Centered, a self-care network with a passion to help you pursue being self-centered.

In this restorative space, I provide reiki services, ear coning and collaborate with other wellness professionals after the same goal.

You may not know what your self-care journey looks like or how to start; allow yourself this uncertainty.

It is my mission to utilize my training and my experience, so that together, we may give back to you, a little of what you give to others so freely.

A lovely gift from an even lovlier client... Five days later and as radiant as the day she gave it to me.

Hi there, it's Nancy of Be Self-Centered. I tried to avoid it but here I finally am.

In-person, one-on-one relationships are where I pour my energy, so this is new. Excited to finally share and be present with you in this format.
