Just in case anyone needed the directions for our Turkey Brining Kit, they are listed below.

INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 2 quarts water & the brine mix to a simmer, stirring until salt has dissolved. Cover and let cool completely. Line a 5-gallon container with a large brining bag. Pour 6 quarts of iced water into the bag; add the cooled brining solution. Put the turkey into the brine, tie the bag securely & refrigerate for 24 hours, turning the turkey once. If the turkey floats to the top, weight it down to keep it completely submerged in the brine. When ready to roast turkey, remove turkey from brine (DISCARD BRINE). Submerge turkey in fresh, cold water. Allow to sit in clean water for 15 minutes to remove excess salt from the outside. Remove turkey & pat dry; cook by preferred method. DO NOT use on a kosher or injected bird.
