Brisket chili for the win!! I was invited to a chili cook off by my good friends BDG took the Win!!!!!!!! I definitely took it way to serious but that’s how I am. Thank you to everyone involved, there were some killer chilis and I definitely have a few new ideas for the future!!

Catered my wife’s 1st anniversary of opening her brick and mortar. So proud of her. Pulled Pork and Smoked, then fried chicken thigh tenders. Amazing response. Super thankful.

Had to break out the big board for my last party. Thank you to my hunny for the perfect sized cutting board.

This picture is from 2021 but I can still smell and taste all of the good flavors. Pulled pork with Mac n cheese were meant to be together. Throw in some homemade corn bread, good luck not drooling.

One of the pork butts I smoked last weekend. This baby was cruising at 167 when I pulled it, coated it with that good good and wrapped it up. Once it hit 202, I pulled it out for a nice long rest. Love this sport.
