We had a wonderful time attending the Connecticut Certification Board’s annual event, and this year was especially exciting because one of our own was recognized for her outstanding work! 🎉

Congratulations to Counselor I, Briley Skeen, on receiving the Young Professional Award, which honors professionals age 30 and under who demonstrate exceptional dedication, excellence, and promise in the field.

Briley’s passion, commitment, and compassion make a difference every day, and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Root Center team. She is a valued colleague, a dedicated professional, and a bright example of the future of our field.

Please join us in congratulating Briley on this well-deserved recognition! We can't wait to see all the amazing things she'll continue to accomplish as she grows her roots with us. 💙🌱

One of our favorite traditions at Root Center is celebrating the incredible people who make our mission possible. 🎉

This year, at our Annual Years of Service Awards, we proudly recognized team members who have dedicated 5, 10, 15, and 25 years to serving our organization and community. It’s inspiring to see so many employees who have made Root Center more than a workplace, it’s a place where they’ve built meaningful careers, grown professionally, and truly planted their roots.

We are deeply grateful for their commitment, passion, and years of service. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees, and a special thank you to our Executive Administrator, Darcie Boiano, for an extraordinary 25 years of dedication and leadership.

Your hard work and commitment help make Root Center the best it can be. 💙 Thank you for all that you do!
