Hey there! I’m Sommer, the founder of Studio North—a creative agency that builds unforgettable brands and beautiful spaces. I live and breathe creativity. It’s not just part of my job—it’s my foundation.

But living in the clouds of vision means I need a grounded partner here on Earth—someone who can help manage the whirlwind. That’s where you come in.



✨ The Role

You’ll be my right hand. My schedule-sherpa. My system-creating sidekick.
You’ll help keep the wheels turning—both in the business and in life—so I can stay focused on creating the magic.

This isn’t your typical office manager role. I’m not looking for someone to just check boxes.
I’m looking for someone who can anticipate needs before they arise, ask the tough questions, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.

You’ll be working closely with me—and with my heart, Mr. B, my sweet, spirited kindergartener who also happens to have Down syndrome. He’s joy in motion and, fair warning, has a way of winning hearts quickly.
