About The Cheramie Team...

Cory and Mary Cheramie are a husband and wife realtor duo - The Cheramie Team - and co-owners of their brokerage, RE/MAX Generations. Cory and Mary have a passion for the heritage, art, architecture, and culture of South Louisiana, and they love sharing that passion with their clients in the world’s most unique city, New Orleans.

Cory and Mary both have prior experience in financial analysis, accounting, and audit. Mary is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Louisiana, and real estate has always been a part of her life; she is the third generation of a family that has been heavily involved in the New Orleans real estate market since 1956. This family history inspired the “Generations” in RE/MAX Generations.

Building on their prior experience, Cory and Mary bring an extremely important analytical perspective to all of the real estate transactions that they handle. The Cheramies understand that for many of their clients, the purchase or sale of real estate involves life-changing decisions. Therefore, Cory and Mary are highly skilled in arming their clients will all of the information they need to realize the best possible outcome of those decisions.

In addition, Cory and Mary recognize that real estate is actually a people business at its core, and a healthy client-realtor relationship is the foundation of any successful real estate transaction. Coincidentally, the name Cheramie (pronounced SHARE-UH-ME) is a surname of French origin that translates into “Dear Friend,” and that is exactly what you get when you work with The Cheramie Team.
