We’re excited to feature HaasWood Development as one of the talented builders in the 2026 Northshore Home Builders Association Parade of Homes!

HaasWood Development is a residential construction company in southern Louisiana, owned by brothers Tyler Dugas and Zachary Dugas. With bachelor's degrees in Engineering and a lifetime of experience on job sites, Tyler and Zachary have a passion for designing and constructing custom homes that is reflected in their work's quality and attention to detail. At HaasWood Development, we believe that every project should be a unique and exciting collaboration between builder and homeowner. That's why we pride ourselves on communication and transparency throughout the building process.
