📣 1 thing I tell every single buyer:

Just because you’re approved for it doesn’t mean you should buy it! 🏠

This can be hard for buyers to hear, especially first-time buyers, but it’s so important.

Maxxing out your budget on a home usually ins’t a smart move. It can leave you housepoor and unable to actually enjoy your new digs since everything is going towards your mortgage.

When buying, your goal is to choose a payment that lets you sleep at night. 💰

Time and time again, I see that the buyers who stay within a comfortable range feel SO MUCH less stress and more freedom long term.

That matters more than an extra bedroom or prettier tile. 😌
