This Post Solstice Full Moon, wrapped in the detoxifying cloak of sultry summer heat, is exhausting as it helps push and purge all the junk that's been accumulating in our mind, body, and soul.

You'd think that the cleansing process would make us feel immediately better, not worse, yet it does get worse just before it gets better as cliche as it may be.

Think "Spring" cleaning!

You pull everything from the cupboards and closets, assess what stays and what goes, making more space...revealing more nooks and crannies that need TLC.

It's also a time of discovery and reacquaintance as you uncover buried and forgotten things once useful and beloved.

Dust them off and make them new again, if that's what feels right.

And if not, chuck it in the " #@$! It" bucket and move onward.
