Whether your athlete is just getting started, looking for more competitive opportunities, or ready to compete at the highest level, we have a program designed to help them grow.

Choose the path that’s right for you:

💙 Academy (Ages 8–14)
• Perfect for athletes with recreation or intermediate experience
• Local tournaments
• Skill development in a competitive team environment

💚 Regional (Ages 9–14)
• Local & light travel (gulf coast area)
• Ideal for athletes preparing for Travel Volleyball or High School

✈️ Travel (Ages 12–17)
• Competitive travel schedule
• Designed for experienced club, school, and competitive recreation players ready to compete at the next level

Looking for a way to keep your athlete improving this summer? Join us for small group volleyball training in Slidell and Mandeville throughout June and July!

📍 Slidell – Mondays
📍 Mandeville – Tuesdays & Thursdays

We offer two training tracks:

🏐 Developmental Lab (Ages 8–13)
Focused on fundamentals, ball control, serving, movement, and game understanding.

🏐 Performance Training (Ages 12–16)
Designed for experienced athletes looking for game-speed training, advanced skill development, and competitive play.

✅ Individualized Coaching
✅ High-Repetition Environment
✅ Multiple Locations Available

Prior club or school experience required for Performance Training.

Tryouts are right around the corner - We want to make sure your athlete is ready.

🚨 NEXT WEEK we are launching a 4-week Tryout Prep Program designed specifically to help athletes walk into high school tryouts prepared, confident, and ready to stand out.

Starts Monday 4/20

📍 Mandeville (Franco’s)
Starts Tuesday 4/21

⏰ 5:15–6:30 PM

✨ What We’ll Cover:
• Skill refinement and consistency
• Tryout-style drills and game scenarios
• What coaches are actually looking for
• How to stand out (even in large groups)
• How to handle tough rotations or underperforming groups
• Practical tips to help athletes perform under pressure

This is more than just training -it’s preparation for one of the most important opportunities of their season.
